Optional: Small Channel Locks
- Step One: With a firm grip on the cup holder assembly, pull up and towards you. The front of
the assembly will come loose, lift the front of the assembly up and slide towards you. This will release the rear tabs and allow for the cup holder to be set aside.
At this point you will now have access to the back of each headlight. You will need to reach in as far as you can to reach the knobs. It is a very tight fit and the knobs are snug. If you cannot get the knobs to turn you can try and use a very small set of channel locks to get a better grip on the knob to turn.
The knobs control up and down motion, but also control a telescoping motion. The farther the lights are telescoped out, the wider the light beams will get.
