How to Use the Support Database

Learn how to use and search in ICON EV's Support Database

The Support Database has answers and guides to all the most common questions and problems. Using the Support Database is simple, with two ways to find information: searching the database or clicking on the icon related to what you are needing support about.

Searching the Support Database Directly

  1. Go to https://support.iconev.com.
  2. In the navigation bar, click the search bar.
  3. Type in what you are looking for.
  4. If you do not see your solution, try different keywords or use the column on the left to look for the specific item you need support on. 

Navigating the Support Database Directly

  1. Go to https://support.iconev.com.
  2. Scroll until you find the icon that matches what you are needing support about. Click the icon. 
  3. Either scroll down until you find the specific product you need support with or use the left-hand navigation bar to narrow down your search. 
  4. Click the article title to navigate to the support page. 

Note: After searching the Support Database, if you cannot find your solution, you can reach out to the Support team by filling out the Contact Us form
